Cancellation Policy

In order to cover administrative costs, there will be a service charge for all cancelled registrations. If you need to cancel your conference registration, you will be assessed a $100 service charge until March 24, 2010. Regrettably, no refunds will be given on cancellations received after March 24, 2010.

Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Written cancellations must be sent via e-mail to Barbara Gavin or faxed to 617-848-6565.

Cancellations will not change your hotel reservations. All hotel modifications or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Pearson Technology Group is not responsible for any hotel penalties.

Pearson Technology Group reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail.

Recording devices and cameras (still or video) are prohibited.
