A senior interaction designer at Adaptive Path, Dan develops successful designs for transactional and e-commerce sites, as well as for applications and devices. He's worked with a wide variety of organizations, from startups to Fortune 100 companies. Dan is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Interaction Design Association (IxDA). Dan received his Master of Design in Interaction Design from Carnegie Mellon University and specializes in interaction design, user research, conceptual models, and interface design. Dan is the author of Designing for Interaction: Creating Smart Applications and Clever Devices (Peachpit Press).
